The State University of New York at Binghamton University will receive sealed bids for project number C071069 titled Science III Critical Maintenance – Phase 1 Construction until 2:30 p.m. local time 08/17/23 at Binghamton University, Purchasing, McGuire Building, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
