Schenectady Revitalization Project 2030 - Phase 1A

Separate sealed proposals, will be received by the Board of Education, Schenectady City School District (herein referred to as the “Owner”) for the Schenectady City School District Schenectady Revitalization Project 2030 – Phase 1A. Bids shall be received by the Owner, in the New District Office at 530 Liberty Street, Schenectady, NY until 3:00 P.M., local time, on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted.

A Pre-Bid walk-thru conference shall be held at the Schenectady City School District, Steinmetz Career & Leadership Academy at 880 Oakwood Ave, Schenectady, NY 12303 at 4:00 P.M., local time, on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, for the purpose of touring the building to review the existing conditions and considering Bidders’ questions.
