Separate sealed proposals, in duplicate, will be received by the Board of Education, Schenectady City School District (herein referred to as the “Owner”) for the Mont Pleasant Middle School Alterations & Site Upgrades Project. Bids shall be received by the Owner, in the New District Office at 530 Liberty Street, Schenectady NY 12305, until 4:00 P.M., local time, Tuesday, the 26th of March, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted. All bids received after that time will be returned to the respective bidder unopened.
A pre-bid walkthrough will take place at the project site on March 12th, 2024 at 12pm.
