South Glens Falls Central School District 2023 Capital Outlay Project

The Owner, the School Board of South Glens Falls School District, will receive sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete the work at the South Glens Falls Central School District 2023 Capital Outlay Project. Each bid shall be on a stipulated sum basis for a SINGLE PRIME CONTRACT as follows: Contract No. 01– General Construction

One copy of sealed bids will be received until 9:00 am, February 23, 2024 at the South Glens Falls Central School District, District Office, 42 Merritt Road – Suite 1, South Glens Falls, NY 12803. Bids received after this time will not be accepted and returned to Bidder unopened. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud after specified receipt time. All interested parties are invited to attend.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 4:00 pm, Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at the Moreau Elementary, 76 Bluebird Road, South Glens Falls, NY 12803. Unless directed otherwise, immediately upon entering the building, report to receptionist. Use this page to verify identification as a Bidder. Attendance at this meeting is recommended as the Owner, Architect and consultants will be present to discuss the Project. Any questions that arise, that will modify the documents, will be issued to all bidders via Addendum.
