NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are sought and requested for the Courtyard & Playground Improvements Phase 2 project for the Lowell Community Charter Public School, 206 Jackson Street, Lowell, Massachusetts 01850.

Sealed proposals will be received by the Lowell Community Charter Public School, Business Office, c/o Robert Gignac, Chief Operating Officer, 206 Jackson Street, Lowell, MA 01852 by hand delivery or mail until Wednesday, February 7th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. EST. The Lowell Community Charter Public School reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any errors or corrections in a bid or in the bid process. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total price for the project scope of work.
