A Pre-Bid conference for the Project is not scheduled; however if requested by one or more plan holders, a Pre-Bid meeting may be set up through an RFI and Addendum prior to Friday August 25, 2023 for all Bidders. If a Pre-Bid conference is scheduled, all bidders on the Plan Holder’s list will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and attendance will be encouraged but not required.
