South Colonie 2025 Capital Improvement Project Stage 1C – MS Alterations

Separate sealed proposals, will be received by the Board of Education, South Colonie Central School District (herein referred to as the “Owner”) for the South Colonie Central School District South Colonie 2025 Capital Improvement Project Stage IC – MS Alterations. Bids shall be received by the Owner, in the District Office, 102 Loralee Drive, Albany 12205, until 3:30 PM, local time, on June 6, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted.

A Pre-Bid walk-thru conference shall be held at the South Colonie Central School District, Next Gen Project Office located at Building ‘A’ at 1015 Watervliet Shaker Road, Albany, NY 12303 at 3:30 P.M., local time, on Monday, May 20, 2024, for the purpose of reviewing the project and then touring the buildings to review the existing conditions and considering Bidders’ questions.
