Schenectady Revitalization Project 2030 - Phase 1B

Separate sealed proposals, will be received by the Board of Education, Schenectady City School District (herein referred to as the “Owner”) for the Schenectady City School District Schenectady Revitalization Project 2030 – Phase IB. Bids shall be received by the Owner, in the New District Office at 530 Liberty Street, Schenectady NY 12305 until 4.00 P.M., local time, on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2024, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted.

A Pre-Bid walk-thru conference shall be held at the Schenectady City School District, Van Corlaer Elementary School at 2310 Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY 12306 at 3:00 PM, local time, on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, for the purpose of touring the building to review the existing conditions and considering Bidders’ questions.
