NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed proposals in triplicate are sought and requested by the Board of Education, Sidney Central School District (hereinafter called "Owner"), for a Capital Improvements Project at the Sidney Central School District, Elementary School, Middle School, High School, Masonville and Bus Garage properties. Bids are requested for the Prime Contracts as listed below.

CONTRACT No. 1: General Trades Demolition and Construction

CONTRACT No. 2: Site Work Demolition and Construction

CONTRACT No. 3: Electrical Demolition and Construction

CONTRACT No. 4: Mechanical Demolition and Construction

CONTRACT No. 5: Plumbing Demolition and Construction

The Construction Manager for the project is C&S Engineers, Inc. 449 Col. Eileen Collins Blvd. Syracuse, NY 13212

A Pre-Bid conference for all Bidders will be held at Sidney Central High School, on Thursday October 5, 2023 at 10:00 AM Sealed bids will be received by the Owner until October 18th, 2023, at 2:00 PM (District Office) at Sidney Central School District 95 W. Main Street Sidney, NY 13838 ATTN: Aimee Warner, School Business Executive at which time and place all bids will be opened and publicly read aloud.
