Mirabito Stadium Field Perimeter Drainage Replacement

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Contract and Supply, City of Binghamton, City Hall, Binghamton, New York, until 10:30 A.M. on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 after which time and at which place they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the 11:00 A.M. Board of Contract and Supply meeting, for the following work:

FIELD PERIMETER DRAINAGE REPLACEMENT AT MIRABITO STADIUM

211 HENRY STREET, CITY OF BINGHAMTON, BROOME COUNTY, NEW YORK.

There will be a Pre-Bid meeting and Walk-Through at the project site on Monday August 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM and it is strongly recommended that all bidders attend.

The Contract Documents can be accessed via the Dataflow Website (Public Projects) to be examined (view only) via this Website at nyplanroom.com. Please contact Dataflow at Binghamton@goDataflow.com or 607-772-2001 with any questions on how to obtain a bid package. The local Dataflow is located at 19 South Washington Street, Binghamton, NY 13901. Documents will be available on or after August 8, 2022. Each Bid Package will have a separate Bid Packet to submit Bid.

Electronic versions of the Bid Packages must be obtained from Dataflow upon a non-refundable payment to Dataflow in the amount of $139.00. (Make payment arrangements directly with Dataflow). Purchasing the electronic access to these documents qualify the contractor as a registered bidder.

Hard Copies of Plans and Specifications are the responsibility of the Contractors and ordering printed sets without registering and paying for the electronic access noted below is not sufficient to become a registered bidder of record.
