Norton Avenue Culverts Project

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Ralph S. Lumbard Memorial Town Hall, 100North Park Row, Clinton, NY 13323, until May 24th, 2023 at 2:00pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be “publicly” opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Installation of two box culverts, wingwalls, curbed sidewalk, and road improvements south of theexisting bridge over the Oriskany Creek. Also included is the construction of a swale and site restoration.

Bidding Documents may be viewed and bid packages may be purchased/downloaded from the designated website by prospective bidders. Prospective bidders must purchase a set from the designated website to be considered a plan holder/responsible bidder, even if bidding documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
