Sealed bids will be received by the General Services Director, Memorial Town Hall, 534 New Loudon Road, Latham, NY 12110 until 2:00 pm, June 1st, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Main Hearing Room at 347 Old Niskayuna Road, Latham, NY 12110 on May 2nd, 2023, at 1:00 PM, in the main hearing room with a site tour to follow. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
