NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals are sought and requested for Construction of Outdoor Recreation Pavilion for the Town of Halfmoon, 2 Halfmoon Town Plaza, Halfmoon, New York, 12065. Sealed proposals will be received by the Town of Halfmoon at the Office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 2 Halfmoon Town Plaza, Halfmoon, NY 12065, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or on Wednesdays from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm or by mail until Wednesday May 10th, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. The bids will be open at 3:00 pm or as soon thereafter as the Town of Halfmoon Town Board Agenda allows. Said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Halfmoon Town Hall.
