Electronic (pdf) files for a non-refundable payment of $50.00 (check only payable to the Village of Waverly). • Printed copies upon payment of a deposit of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per set (check only payable to the Village of Waverly). Any Bidder requiring the plans be sent via mail, shall be responsible to provide a separate check of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) to cover the nonrefundable cost of postage and handling (payable to HUNT). Any bidder, submitting a sealed bid, upon returning the drawings and specifications to DATAFLOW within 30 days and in good condition, will be refunded the $100.00 deposit. Any Non-Bidder will not be refunded such deposit.
