Separate sealed proposals will be received by the Board of Education, Lansingburgh Central School District (herein referred to as the “Owner”) for the Lansingburgh Central School District 2021 Capital Improvement Project. Bids shall be received by the Owner, in the District Office at 55 New Turnpike Road, Troy, NY 12182, until 3:00 P.M., local time, on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted. All bids received after that time will be returned to the respective bidder unopened.
A pre-bid walkthrough will be held on Friday, March 17, 2023, at 3:00pm at Rensselaer Park Elementary School, 70 110th Street, Troy, NY 12182. Contact Bob Schongar for additional information, (518) 858-5580.
