Potsdam CSD 2021 Capital Improvement Project Bus Garage Mechanical and Plumbing Alterations

Separate sealed proposals, will be received by the Board of Education, Potsdam Central School District (herein referred to as the “Owner”) for the Potsdam Central School District 2021 Capital Improvement Project Bus Garage Mechanical and Plumbing Alterations. Bids shall be received by the Owner, in the District Office, 29 Leroy Street, Potsdam, NY 13676 until 3:00 P.M., local time, on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted.

A Pre-Bid walk-thru conference shall be held at the Potsdam Central School District in the High School Cafeteria, located at 29 Leroy Street, Potsdam, NY at 3:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, February 16, 2023, for the purpose of touring the buildings to review the existing conditions and considering Bidders’ questions.
