Separate sealed bids (in duplicate) will be received by the Director of Business and Finance, at the District Office, located at 409 Bell Road, Rome NY, 13440 at 3:00p.m. Local time on February 8, 2023 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Documents have been released on January 18, 2023. A pre-bid conference is not scheduled for perspective contractors who wish to visit the site are requested to contact Paul Romano, C&S Companies at 315.657.4238 or to schedule a visit.

Drawings and Specifications are currently available at Dataflow; 845 Broad St, Utica, NY 13501 upon receipt of a bid deposit of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each set of documents requested. Checks shall be made payable to Rome City School District.

Bid documents, if requested, will be mailed to Bidders upon receipt of deposit and reimbursement for the cost of mailing. Mailing fee for one set is $35.00 for UPS delivery. Check shall be payable to Rome City School District.
