Bidders MUST register as a plan holder through the Printer and may acquire the bidding and
contract documents as noted below:
1. At the actual cost of printing, interested firms may request and receive a printed copy of
the complete set. An electronic download will also be provided. Firms providing an
email address will receive notification of addenda for download at no additional cost.
2. All fee payments are to be made payable to “Dataflow.”
