Dansville Central School District

Complete sets of the Bid Documents may be obtained at the office of Dataflow Rochester Office, 176
Anderson Ave., Suite F200, Rochester, NY 14607, upon payment of a deposit of $100 for each set made
payable to the Dansville Central School District (or if not picking up in person, add $35 for shipping made
payable to Dataflow which is non-refundable). Along with their deposit check, bidders are to provide an
active email address, street address (no PO Box Numbers), phone number, fax number, and contact name.
Any bidder upon returning such set in GOOD CONDITION to Dataflow Rochester Office within thirty calendar days after the bid date set for the Bid opening will be refunded their deposit. No partial sets
or sections of the Contract Documents will be distributed.
