Separate, sealed, proposals will be received by the Board of Education, Potsdam Central School District (herein referred to as the “Owner”) for the Potsdam Central School District 2021 Capital Improvement Project. Bids shall be received by the Owner, in the District Office, 29 Leroy Street, Potsdam, NY 13676 until 9:00 A.M., local time, on Friday, December 16, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids transmitted electronically or via facsimile will not be accepted.
A Pre-Bid walk-thru conference shall be held at the Potsdam Central School District in the High School Cafeteria, located at 29 Leroy Street, Potsdam, NY at 12:00 P.M., local time, November 22, 2022, for the purpose of touring the buildings to review the existing conditions and considering Bidders’ questions.
Pre-Bid RFI’s will be accepted until 12 noon on Tuesday, December 13, 2022.
