Sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors shall be accepted until 12:00 p.m., prevailing
time on Monday, November 7th, 2022 at the Rutland City Clerk’s office, Rutland City
Hall, 1 Strongs Avenue, Rutland, VT 05701 for construction of the project hereinafter
described. Bid opening will occur at the City of Rutland Board of Finance meeting at
3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 7th, 2022. The time of receiving and opening bids may
be postponed due to emergencies or unforeseen conditions.
