Otsego County Planning & Solid Waste Department, 197 Main Street, Cooperstown, NY invites bids for multiple prime contracts for Site Contract Work, General Construction Contract Work, Electrical Contract Work, and Plumbing Contract Work to complete partially finished construction of (3) three Tiny Homes & a Community Building; complete partially finished site work; and alternates to construct one (1) to four (4) additional Tiny Homes. The project is located at the County Meadows Complex, 140 County Highway 33W, Cooperstown, NY 13326.

Sealed bids for the Multiple Prime Contracts for Construction Work will be received by Onondaga County, Office of the Purchasing Director, 421 Montgomery Street, 13th Floor, Syracuse, NY 13202 (mailing address) until 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 27, 2022. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately after time of final receipt at County Division of Purchase Office.

A pre-bid on-site meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 14, 2022, at 10:00 AM, at the project site. The deadline for submitting questions to the Architect at smsarch@msn.com is 3:00 PM, Wednesday July 20, 2022.

Obtaining Bidding Documents:

For the convenience of the prospective Bidders, subcontractors and material suppliers, Bidding Documents are available at Data Flow Reprographics, LLC, 845 Broad Street, Suite #1, Utica, NY, 13501; Telephone: 315.735.6131; upon deposit of a check in the amount of $50 per set, payable to the order of the County of Otsego.
A complete set of documents will be issued to each prospective Bidder. Bidders are required to use complete sets of Bidding Documents in preparing Bids. The Owner and Architect assume no responsibility for misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bidding Documents
Any qualified Bidder will be refunded their deposit in full upon returning their set to the Architect in good condition within thirty days after the award of the Contract. Any non-bidder returning their set will be refunded $50. Bidders may obtain more than one set and will be refunded the deposit in full for each additional set returned.
