Separate sealed proposals for General Construction Contract, Plumbing Contract, HVAC Contract, Electrical Contract for the Tri-Valley Central School District, 2022 Capital Improvement Project, will be received by the Tri-Valley Central School District at the District Office, 34 Moore Hill Rd, Grahamsville, New York 12740, until 2:00 p.m. local time on January 26, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

In consideration of COVID-19 distancing requirements, Bidders will not be allowed to attend the bid opening in person. Bidders can witness the bid opening via web-based conference through the link or phone number provided below. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Bidding Documents will not available for viewing at the Architects or the Construction Managers offices.

Bidding Documents containing submittal requirements and forms may be obtained at Dataflow, Inc., 19 South Washington Street, Binghamton, NY 13909 upon receipt of a bid deposit of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each set of documents requested. Checks shall be made payable to Tri-Valley Central School District. Electronic document sets may also be purchased for $25.00 made payable to Dataflow. Bid Documents, if requested, will be mailed to Bidders upon receipt of deposit and reimbursement for the cost of mailing. Mailing fee for one set is $35.00 for UPS delivery. In order to familiarize Bidders with the project, LeChase Construction will be hosting a virtual Pre-bid Meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 13, 2022 with an scheduled appointment for a walk-through on January 17, 2022.
